- Develop deep expertise in technical skills assessments and interview coordination
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven track record in NYC tech market
- Expert knowledge of sourcing methodologies and Boolean search techniques
