Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software development, IT infrastructure, and data analytics roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and market trends
- Utilize ATS platforms and sourcing tools to identify passive candidates and optimize recruitment pipelines
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary benchmarks and industry best practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT/staffing agency environment
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill tech roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- Active SHRM or ATS certification a plus
