Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and execute strategic staffing plans for key industry clients
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes for efficiency
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred (entry-level candidates with transferable skills encouraged)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
