Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-caliber candidates for diverse roles including tech, healthcare, and hospitality sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement coordination
- Utilize advanced ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies and achieve quarterly KPIs
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication and personalized guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent proven experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience with demonstrable placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with corporate clients and candidates
- Proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment metrics and revenue targets
- Proficiency in sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Valid Nevada driver's license and willingness for occasional client meetings
