Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize ATS systems and innovative sourcing tools to identify passive candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-job fit
- Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes for successful placements
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic staffing solutions to clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency/staffing recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing methodologies
- Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Tampa's local job market and key industries
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
