Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through strategic networking and digital sourcing
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match talent with client needs
- Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer-to-hire processes
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving talent requirements
- Leverage ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Represent our agency at local job fairs and industry networking events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting quarterly placement KPIs
- Expertise in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Detroit metro area market knowledge preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
