What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Staffing Specialist, you will be the face of our agency during our peak recruitment hours. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in temporary and contract-to-hire roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and video screen interviews with potential candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) with precision and speed.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Market open positions through various channels, including job boards and social media platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, maintaining our high reputation in the Nashville market.
- Perform market research to identify emerging talent pools and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
