Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive screening interviews and assessments for weekend and temp-to-hire candidates.
- Review resumes and match candidate skills with open job orders across Memphis and the Mid-South.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and potential job seekers.
- Manage administrative tasks related to candidate onboarding, payroll processing, and compliance.
- Market open positions on various platforms to attract top-tier weekend talent.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the placement process.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly hiring targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
