- Manage overnight staffing assignments for 15+ high-value manufacturing clients
- Conduct real-time candidate screening and onboarding for night shift positions
- Optimize shift scheduling using advanced workforce management software
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies within 30-minute response window
- Generate weekly performance analytics for client reporting
- Train night shift supervisors on compliance protocols
- Foster strategic partnerships with 24/7 facility managers
Qualifications
- 3+ years staffing/recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Workday, Bullhorn preferred)
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills for high-pressure scenarios
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
