Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in full-time roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to build robust talent pipelines for diverse industries.
- Manage and maintain candidate relationships through the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
- Conduct virtual and in-person interviews, assessing not only technical skills but also cultural fit.
- Post job descriptions on various platforms and optimize job ads to increase visibility and attract quality applicants.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing full-time candidates in the Central Valley market.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
