Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media, job boards, and networking strategies to identify and attract qualified talent for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide top-tier solutions.
- Placement Management: Manage the full life-cycle of the placement process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Motivation: Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and earn commissions.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM software is a plus.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced sales environment.
