Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight industrial, warehousing, and manufacturing positions
- Coordinate interviews and onboarding for night shift assignments across Indianapolis
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs during overnight hours
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols for night shift operations
- Process payroll and documentation for temporary night shift employees
