Responsibilities
- Execute weekend recruitment strategies to fill urgent client vacancies.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews for temporary and contract positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various industries.
- Manage administrative tasks including timesheets, payroll coordination, and onboarding documentation.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client workforce needs.
- Assist in developing marketing materials for weekend job fairs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources (1+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (including holidays).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
