Responsibilities
- Conduct initial phone and in-person screenings for weekend shift candidates on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between applicants and hiring managers.
- Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with current candidate status.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new weekend staff members.
- Collaborate with branch managers to forecast weekend staffing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants regarding pay rates and shift details.
- Handle administrative tasks related to payroll and time sheets for weekend associates.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
