- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions across Raleigh
- Coordinate staffing assignments with local businesses and healthcare facilities
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including background checks and documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with weekend workforce candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate availability and placement metrics
- Address urgent staffing needs during peak weekend hours
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
