Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for weekend shift openings, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate databases and track application statuses.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and job requirements for weekend roles.
- Facilitate the orientation and paperwork process for new weekend hires.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates ready for immediate placement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
