In this role, you will be the face of our agency on weekends, helping local talent find their next career opportunity while enjoying a quieter work environment compared to the weekday rush. We pride ourselves on connecting top-tier talent with top-tier businesses in the Hampton Roads area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage and update candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (or selected weekend shifts).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others find employment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred.
