Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough phone screens and candidate assessments to identify top talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search) to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage the full interview scheduling process for weekend staffing needs.
- Collaborate with account managers to match talent to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Flexibility to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms.
- High school diploma or GED required.
