Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift positions across Dallas
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews with precision and professionalism
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate staffing records
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new weekend hires
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients in the DFW area
- Resolve staffing issues with urgency and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Track KPIs and report weekly performance metrics to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in high-volume weekend staffing environments
- Knowledge of Texas labor laws and compliance requirements
