Responsibilities
- Screen and interview potential candidates to match them with open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for weekend shift workers.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and fill shifts efficiently.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Conduct market research to identify new talent pools and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
