Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and scheduling of temporary workers for weekend shifts.
- Conduct client interviews to assess skill requirements and cultural fit.
- Coordinate onboarding paperwork and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with both internal team members and external clients.
- Assist in market research to identify staffing trends in the Chicago area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
