Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for weekend shift positions in Chicago's hospitality, retail, and event industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews during weekend hours
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation compliance
- Build relationships with local businesses requiring weekend staffing
- Track placement metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide exceptional service to candidates and clients on weekends
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- 1+ years in staffing, recruitment, or customer service
- Availability for full weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Chicago market knowledge preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a major plus
