Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening high-quality candidates for a variety of staffing needs, including logistics, warehousing, and light industrial roles.
- Conducting professional phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for recurring weekend shifts.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Negotiating terms and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources (1+ year preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
