Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for weekend shifts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct onboarding orientations for new temporary and contract employees to ensure a seamless transition.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics.
- Foster strong, positive relationships with clients and candidates to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Assist in marketing staffing solutions to local businesses to meet their labor needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is a plus.
