Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client sites across Chicago
- Screen and place candidates in healthcare, warehousing, and event roles
- Manage real-time scheduling conflicts using our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct onboarding for weekend staff at client locations
- Track KPIs including placement retention and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with branch managers to optimize weekend coverage
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Strong Chicago market knowledge for weekend staffing needs
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional Fridays
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor for client-facing interactions
