Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and security sectors
- Manage client relationships and staffing requirements during overnight hours
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments via video conferencing platforms
- Coordinate onboarding processes for night shift placements
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in our ATS system
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover of critical tasks
- Track staffing KPIs and report performance metrics to leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing challenges
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Experience with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) preferred
