Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone and video screenings of applicants to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Assist in the placement of temporary and direct-hire workers for local businesses.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates via email and phone.
- Analyze market trends to identify staffing needs and skill gaps.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
