Responsibilities
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Screen resumes and match qualified candidates with open job orders.
- Manage the onboarding process, including background checks and tax forms.
- Utilize social media and job boards to actively source candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Update candidate pipelines and track placements in our ATS system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales preferred.
- Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- High school diploma or GED required.
