Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing or recruitment experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (7am-5pm)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for client visits)
- Knowledge of local Mesa job market preferred
