Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and interview potential candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions on weekends.
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with local Long Beach businesses to understand their staffing needs.
- Onboarding: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new weekend staff, including orientation and paperwork.
- Scheduling: Manage the weekly weekend schedule to ensure adequate coverage for client accounts.
- Feedback Loop: Provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers regarding application status.
- Admin Tasks: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update candidate profiles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in staffing, human resources, or administrative support.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Local Knowledge: Knowledge of the Long Beach and Southern California job market is a plus.
