Responsibilities
- Match qualified candidates with weekend shift openings in healthcare, logistics, and retail
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews during weekend hours
- Manage candidate onboarding for Saturday/Sunday assignments
- Coordinate with clients to ensure weekend staffing coverage
- Maintain accurate candidate documentation in ATS system
- Respond to urgent staffing requests during weekend shifts
- Track performance metrics for weekend placements
Qualifications
- 1+ years staffing or recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (client site visits required)
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
