Responsibilities
- Recruitment Operations: Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications for open positions.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with local businesses, understanding their staffing needs and delivering qualified candidates.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and orientation are completed efficiently.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Event Coordination: Represent TalentForce at weekend job fairs and staffing events throughout the Denver metro area.
- Market Analysis: Monitor labor market trends to provide insights on salary expectations and talent availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, administrative support, or customer service is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Transportation: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel to client sites.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
