As a Staffing Recruiter at Apex, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the future. You will work directly with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional candidates who drive results.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage passive job seekers.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business requirements and provide consultative staffing solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback and market insights to both candidates and clients.
- Placement & Onboarding: Successfully place candidates in open roles and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to remain competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Digital Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Drive & Motivation: A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
