Responsibilities
- Utilize various recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking) to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
