Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews for night shift candidates during evening hours.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for 24/7 operational roles, including warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicant status and update candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs for overnight shifts.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new night shift hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and employment history.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources is required.
- Must be available to work a full-time night shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is a plus.
