Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, screening, and scheduling of temporary workers for night shift assignments.
- Coordinate directly with clients to understand urgent staffing needs and fill roles efficiently.
- Oversee the onboarding process, including I-9 verification and compliance checks.
- Monitor worker performance and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative coordination.
- Must be available to work 12-hour night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally when assisting with paperwork or materials.
