Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across various industries using LinkedIn and job boards.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand specific staffing needs and market trends.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, background checks, and onboarding coordination seamlessly.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track application status and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Strong proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and social media recruiting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with high self-motivation.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
