Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments across multiple client locations in Colorado Springs
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and weekend shift positions
- Manage payroll processing and compliance for weekend staff
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers and job seekers
- Resolve staffing issues and ensure seamless shift coverage
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate placements and performance
- Conduct onboarding for new weekend staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of Colorado labor laws and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible weekend hours (Sat/Sun)
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or industrial staffing preferred
