- Screen and interview candidates for weekend shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and customer service
- Match qualified professionals with client openings using our proprietary ATS system
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate placement records
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and expectations
- Provide exceptional candidate experience through prompt communication
- Support weekend onboarding processes for new placements
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday shifts available)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
