Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for weekend-shift positions across retail, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Coordinate same-day and weekend job placements with client partners
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and update candidate profiles in real-time
- Conduct onboarding sessions for weekend-shift employees
- Resolve staffing emergencies and fill last-minute weekend vacancies
- Collaborate with recruiters to maintain talent pipeline for high-demand roles
- Generate weekend staffing performance reports for client reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- New Mexico staffing license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Experience with high-volume weekend hiring in service industries
