Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for weekend and temporary assignments across SF Bay Area industries
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for high-demand roles
- Develop deep client relationships through weekly check-ins and strategic staffing consultations
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for proactive candidate engagement
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights to clients and candidates
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment strategies and processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with weekend shift availability
- Proven track record of placing candidates in San Francisco's competitive job market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong understanding of Bay Area industries and talent landscape
