Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend shift opportunities across Chicago's healthcare, logistics, and event industries
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews during weekend hours to assess candidate qualifications
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for immediate weekend staffing needs
- Collaborate with clients to understand specific weekend shift requirements and expectations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from application to placement on weekends
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate data and job requisitions
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with weekend availability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize high-volume weekend assignments
- Knowledge of Chicago's job market and weekend shift industries
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for candidate meetings
