Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for weekend and temporary positions across San Antonio
- Manage candidate pipeline through ATS system with meticulous attention to detail
- Build strong relationships with local businesses to understand weekend staffing needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person candidate interviews during weekend shifts
- Facilitate onboarding processes for weekend staff placements
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
- Collaborate with weekday recruiters to ensure seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to source candidates for weekend/hourly roles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
