Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their workforce needs.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and social media platforms to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill and placement rates.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at local networking events and job fairs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (internal or external).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
