Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions across healthcare, logistics, and IT sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: client consultations, job requisitions, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Memphis-area businesses to identify staffing needs
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms to track KPIs and optimize recruitment funnels
- Lead recruitment marketing initiatives including job postings, social media campaigns, and talent community engagement
- Conduct market analysis to stay current on Memphis' talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements in our staffing operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of corporate/staffing agency recruitment experience with Memphis market knowledge
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement metrics in high-volume environments
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including technical interviews and offer negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
