Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment cycles across diverse industries including tech, creative, and finance
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through networking events and industry partnerships
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and technical alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and optimize hiring processes
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and improve conversion rates
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and market trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven track record of placing candidates in tech, creative, or finance roles
- Expertise with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of LA's competitive talent landscape
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
