Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent/temporary positions using advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback loops
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments aligned with client requirements
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to optimize recruitment strategies
- Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of agency/corporate recruitment experience with proven placement success
- Expert knowledge of Miami's labor market and industry talent pools
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with high conversion rates
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent recruitment assignments simultaneously
