Responsibilities
- Manage the Weekend Pipeline: Source, screen, and interview candidates specifically for weekend shifts across various industries, including logistics, healthcare, and administrative support.
- Client Coordination: Collaborate with local Boston businesses to understand their staffing needs and ensure a seamless weekend workforce supply.
- Placement & Onboarding: Facilitate the placement of temporary staff, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met before the start of the shift.
- Schedule Management: Maintain an up-to-date schedule of available talent and manage daily shift assignments to optimize efficiency.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from hiring managers regarding weekend staff performance and provide coaching where necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional overtime.
- Location: Must reside in the Greater Boston, MA area.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, high-conversion demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and schedules simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
