Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for weekend shift positions across healthcare, logistics, and hospitality sectors
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using our proprietary ATS platform
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and hiring managers
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for weekend staff
- Generate weekly reports on recruitment metrics and pipeline health
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize weekend staffing workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend shift placements
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
