Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare, industrial, and event-based clients
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in temporary weekend positions
- Manage candidate database and maintain accurate applicant tracking records
- Conduct onboarding for weekend staff and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through weekend service excellence
- Resolve staffing issues proactively during weekend operations
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless handover of assignments
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing or recruiting experience, weekend shift preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Florida labor laws and compliance requirements
- Experience in healthcare or industrial staffing is a plus
